Always someone who wants to dictate what "appropriate" looks like 🙄 The reality is... People only have the power over you that you continue to allow them to have fam. You can have all the opinions in the world... But the moment you allow the opinions of others to dictate your moves, over forming your own opinions, then you silently give up a piece or yourself even if you don't realize it yet 😐 Folk tell you that you're not worthy of being a queen if you wear certain things..🙄 Folk tell you you're not worthy of the job if you wear "dreadlocks" in your hair 🙄 Folk tell you you're not pretty if your hair is naturally tight curled vs straight. 🙄 Folk tell you you're not beautiful if you're not a size 2 🙄 At some point you'll realize that in order for you to have some Bliss and peace in your life, you'll need to start forming your own opinions not based on "auntie" or "granny" 😏 But until then, just know that Coach Dee doesn't care what you wear to the airport..
