So I'm watching this "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" interview with Robert Kyosaki right... 🤔 And these guys break down just HOW the rich actually legally avoid paying taxes 🤯 He breaks down a simple process of how you can take a cash refi from your home, and not pay for taxes on it 🤯 So the way I understand it, it's like this.... You use that cash out refi money to then invest into more real estate that has Postive "Cash Flow" value 😳 How many times have we heard people complain that they have to pay all the taxes and the rich don't? 🤔 I know I've thought that before. Ima keep it a buck with you! But the more i research, I learn that many of the things that I was taught starting even as a youngster, was just based on a "poor man's" mindset honestly 😔 The only difference between someone who is taking advantage of tax laws like this (they are written into our laws), and say me or you... Is KNOWLEDGE 😳 It doesn't matter the background you grew up in because the internet has really given us way more leverage than was available in the past... Youtube is a beast! 🔥 Now, I encourage you to do your own research. Don't be simply swayed by the "popular opinion".
