So apparently (based on an article I read) McDonald's has been testing a robot to take customer orders at the drive thru to replace humans 😳 Here's my take..... I actually think we can learn something from their efforts.. 🤔 Here's the deal. Yall probably already know the employee shortage that many companies are facing right now 😐 Regardless of WHY you feel there's a shortage of employees (I sure have my opinions but whatever) 🙄 The point is that McDonald's is actually doing what business people like us need to remember to do daily... .... ADAPT.... 😎 They could whine and cry about the lack of competent employees (I swear the competence seems to diminish every year in those type of jobs) 🙄 But instead, they started researching and implementing a solution. Because at the end of the day, you get paid by SOLVING PROBLEMS 😎 And just like business owners like you and I, they will run into snags as well... Like some folk will say "I don't like talking to the robot"... Or "the robot got my order wrong" blah blah 😐 Just like you and I try to do things in business that don't always turn out right at first. 😔 But instead of giving up, like so many entrepreneurs do, they just keep tweaking until it pans out 💪 THAT right there is something we can learn from McDonald's experiment 😉 🔥 Try something that you haven't seen done before (screw those who say don't reinvent the wheel. They ain't running nothing anyway) 🔥 Even when you meet opposition and haters, keep tweaking the process until you get it right 😉 I look at how businesses are run regardless of what industry it's in. Why? Because im not of the idea that I can only learn from someone who's "doing what I want to do" 🙄 Real talk.. I just learned from reading about what McDonald's is doing, just that quick 😉 Are there any companies or situations that have taught you something this year that you didn't expect? 🤔 👇👇👇👇 #Greatness_Is_Already_In_You #Coach_Dee #Bootstrap2wealth
