Now the key is to be different than like 95% of the people in there so it's easy for you to stand out ya dig! The Pic you see is from a response i got from just 1 single post in a group 😎 Ok so i went into a real estate group that had info on learning to wholesale properties right... So you'd want to go into a group that's related to YOUR niche 👌 Then i paid attention to what people where asking and commenting regards to what they needed help with. That's called a "pain point" 😉 It's like this.. If you're trying to attract people to you, you gotta know what THEY need... It ain't about you fam 👏 So then I put up a pretty long post detailing some exact strategies that I've used when I was wholesaling real estate.
