The law of compensation has to do with 🔥 The demand for what you do 🔥 How well you are at doing it 🔥 How easy it is to replace you So let's take that last part and explore it from the eyes of a potential customer or employer 🤔 How easy do you think it is to replace you? For example, cashiers were laid off and many get paid peanuts.... Why? Because some stores just replaced people with the self checkouts. They just weren't that significant at the end of the day 😳 Fast food workers are being replaced by the kiosks that can take your order.. So no need go pay them top wages. They just aren't that significant to the employer 🤔 This is relevant to us as entrepreneurs too. Because when a potential customer feels like what you offer is pretty easy or readily available, they often will haggle you on price alone 😔 Like some may choose not to pay you 1k to build a website when they can just use a template service like WIX and do it themselves (even if not as perfect) Some choose not to pay you 150/month just to do disputes to their credit report when they can buy a cheap dispute kit with letters and mail them themselves. It's just something to think about..... The better you are at what you do, the harder it is to replace you. So this is why it's wise to focus on being the Best at what you do 💪 ~ Average Doesn't Cut it
